Customer Service requires:
- 4+ years' customer service experience
- Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma/GED
DUTIES:
- Responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. I
- Enter data in PC system
