Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Contract: 8 weeks

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Serving as the frontline point of contact to assist optical office providers with their inquiries and requests
• Responding promptly and professionally to provider communications via phone, email, and fax to ensure total provider satisfaction
• Accurately entering vision prescription orders into the ordering system
• Researching and investigating existing vision orders to resolve questions or issues in a timely manner

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Possess 4+ years of customer service experience
• Are proficient in computer navigation across multiple websites, screens, and systems
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, active listening, and empathetic communication skills to resolve provider concerns
• Have excellent time management and communication skills (experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus)
