CRC Roofing & Renovations is hiring motivated Entry-Level Outside Sales Representatives in Central Kentucky.
No sales experience? No problem. We're looking for people with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Our team will provide the training, coaching, and support you need to build a successful sales career.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners throughout your assigned territory
- Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm-damage solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule inspections and consultations
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop your sales skills and work toward individual goals
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Confident and comfortable talking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Previous sales experience is not required.
