Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Rockwell, NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patient care needs in high-pressure situations
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient families
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Stabilize and monitor patients experiencing trauma, illness, or critical changes
• Maintain strict infection control procedures and adhere to established safety guidelines
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families in crisis
• Participate in emergency code responses and multidisciplinary rounds

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS or TNCC preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and rapid decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
