HealthFirst Bluegrass is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Bilingual Pharmacy Technician who enjoys helping patients, supporting pharmacists, and being part of a team that makes healthcare more welcoming, accurate, and affordable.

English/Spanish bilingual interpreting skills are required to help us provide excellent service to our diverse patient population.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional pharmacy support.
• Prepare, enter, fill, and organize prescriptions with accuracy and care.
• Assist with refill requests, e-scribe prescriptions, billing, inventory, and medication stock.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, insurance companies, and team members to resolve prescription needs.
• Provide English/Spanish interpreting support to help patients understand and navigate their pharmacy care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, a clean and organized workspace, and a strong focus on service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma plus pharmacy technician experience.
• Current registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy ; national certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish interpreting skills required.
• Strong communication, computer, math, and prescription interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and dependable work habits.
• Compassion for patients and a genuine interest in serving the community.
