Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse in an acute care setting. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to oncology patients on a 12-hour day shift, including weekends as scheduled. The role supports an environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital division.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Unit notes require adherence to a 50-mile radius rule. Candidates must include a copy of their unexpired drivers license upon submission. Licensing hits must be disclosed at the time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS Certification, NIHSS; recommended minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, with weekends as scheduled, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS Certification; NIHSS certification; 2 years of experience in medical-surgical oncology nursing.
• Additional Information: Charting is completed in Allscripts electronic medical record system. There is a 2-shift per 13-week contract cancellation policy.
