Medical Receptionist / Front Office CoordinatorLocation: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 30-60 Day Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$21.00/hour
Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support a busy healthcare office in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have prior medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients while providing administrative and front-office support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility
- Answer incoming phone calls and process incoming/outgoing faxes
- Manage referral intake and coordinate documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Assist with scheduling and patient communication as required
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of medical office, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems strongly preferred
