What You'll Do

Meet homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
Evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
Design solutions that fit each customer's home and budget
Present equipment options and explain features and benefits
Build trust and confidently close sales
Prepare proposals, pricing, photos, and documentation
Follow up on pending opportunities
Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Some evenings and weekends based on customer availability
Local travel within our service area
Full-time

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
Comfortable using tablets and sales software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
