Enforcesafetyrulesandshutdownunsafebehaviorimmediately,noshortcuts. Watchqualityandproductivityandfixissuesbeforetheybecomeproblems. Readplansandspecsandmakesurethecrewunderstandswhatneedstobebuilt. Jumpinandworkalongsidethecrewwhenneededsuchasframing,drywall,insulation,roofing,finishwork,doors,windows,andmore. Keepthejobsiteclean,organized,andprofessional. Takecareoftoolsandequipmentandmakesurenothingwalksoffthesite. Coordinatematerialdeliveriesandequipmentstaging. KeeptheSuperintendentinthelooponprogress,crewneeds,andissues. Completedailylogsandbasicdocumentationusingprojectsoftware(likeProcore). Helppushpunchlistsandfinishjobsstrong. WhatYou’llNeedtoSucceed 5+yearsofhands‑onconstructionexperience. Provenexperienceleadingcrews,runningwork,oractingasaforemanorlead. Astrongworkethicandaget‑it‑doneattitude. Haveabiastowardactionandimpatiencetowardsthosethatlackfocusand/ortheabilitytogetresults. Solidknowledgeoftools,materials,andhowjobsarebuilt. GoodunderstandingofjobsitesafetyandOSHArules. Abilitytoplantheday,adjustonthefly,andsolveproblemsinthefield. Leadershipskills:abletoearnrespect,traincrewmembers,andholdpeopleaccountable. Clearcommunicatorwhoworkswellwithdifferentpersonalitiesandtrades. Willingnesstokeeplearningandimproveyourskills. Validdriver’slicenseandreliabletransportation. Personalhandtoolsrequired.
