Job Description

Aire Pro Commercial Services in Norwood, PA, is changing the game with an opportunity that stands out. We're looking for a full-time Experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our hardworking crew.

This is a full-time, in-office position. You'll work a steady Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . No late nights or unpredictable shifts.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our Experienced HVAC Service Manager, you'll arrive each morning ready to set the daily plan in motion. You will organize and dispatch a team of 6 to 8 service and install technicians, making sure everyone knows their assignments and has what they need to succeed. Throughout the day, you'll use your extensive HVAC and refrigeration knowledge to support your team, troubleshoot challenges, and keep jobs running smoothly. You'll be the go-to leader, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and that your team feels supported and motivated.

15+ years of HVAC experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
