Details Work in a Swing Bed (Skilled Care) unit providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies Patients transitioning from acute hospital stay to home or long-term care 13-week assignment Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 19:00 Requirements Active RN license (Compact or OK) Current BLS certification (AHA) ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start Additional Information Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols Implement and monitor patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient condition Serve as primary coordinator across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care Carry out physician and nursing orders Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required Radius rule applies allowing local candidates at a reduced rate First-time travelers welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-750295.
