Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require a security-related response. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document routine observations, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns in accordance with site expectations. Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by following post orders, reporting maintenance or operational issues, and assisting with security-related requests as directed. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
