Shifts Available

1st: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, diagnose, perform preventative maintenance and repair all plant manufacturing equipment including related pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and chemical systems.
• Troubleshoot custom manufacturing & test equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers in the specification and development of new manufacturing equipment.
• Interface w/ PLC's (specifically Allen Bradley), w/Camera's (Cognex & Keyence), w/HMI's (Allen Bradley & Parker), and w/Robot's (Epson & Fanuc) to troubleshoot machine issues or modify programs.
• Use of hand tools, power tools and machining equipment to modify, construct or repair components for equipment.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

• Experience working from complex drawings and data, manuals, handbooks.
• Experience using a wide variety of measuring instruments and electronic analyzing and testing equipment. Thorough knowledge of electronic components, digital and analog circuitry, hydraulic systems and machine tool principles essential.
• 1-2 years technical college training (or equivalent).
