Hearing Aid Specialist/Hearing Instrument Specialist - South Miami, FL

Shift Scheduling: Part-time (3 Days/Weekly) (9 AM - 5 PM) New Grads are welcome to apply!

Role Description: We are seeking a Part-Time Audiologist/Hearing Aid Specialist to join our locally owned and operated clinic. The ideal candidate will conduct hearing evaluations, diagnose hearing disorders, fit and service hearing aids, and provide exceptional patient-centered care. This role involves follow-up appointments, patient counseling, hearing aid maintenance, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to enhance patient hearing and communication outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Audiometric evaluation and hearing assessment skills
  • Proficiency in fitting, adjusting, and servicing hearing aids
  • Patient counseling and education on hearing aid use and maintenance
  • Knowledge of hearing aid technology and auditory rehabilitation
  • Current state licensure and certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., ASHA, ABA) is preferred
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
