When you join our team, you’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive community that offers: Regular team check-ins A private team platform for connection and resources Company-wide retreats Competitive pay ranging from $25-$45 per hour (DOE) The flexibility to set your own schedule Your Role & Responsibilities As a Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doula, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of newborns while empowering parents. Your responsibilities will include: Infant feeding – Assisting with breast and bottle feeding to ensure proper nourishment Bottle & pump part sanitation – Cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing feeding equipment Diapering & basic infant care – Keeping infants comfortable and well-cared for Sleep support – Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines Soothing & comfort – Helping babies settle back to sleep as needed Tracking schedules & routines – Logging feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns Nursery upkeep – Keeping baby’s space tidy and organized Parent education – Offering guidance on newborn care best practices Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Completion of a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula Training (or be an RN with newborn-specific experience) Residency or accommodations in Miami Infant CPR certification (or willingness to renew/obtain) Reliable transportation Up-to-date Tdap vaccination Must be 18 years or older A commitment to inclusive, judgment-free care for families of all backgrounds Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Hush Little Baby, LLC
