Security Systems TechnicianWork Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm. Will be needed for emergency response outside of working hours and occasional early or late equipment installs. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.Be part of something remarkableBring your knowledge of security systems and technology to help maintain the safety and security at UW Health locations.We are seeking a Security Systems Technician to:Manage the implementation, operation, and functionality of surveillance cameras. You will monitor devices for performance, scan for vulnerabilities, select appropriate devices, and coordinate the installation and replacement of devices.Collaborate with HR-Employee Relations for employment investigations. RequiredAssociates degree/post-high school training in an Information Technology. PreferredWork Experience:One (1) year of experience in the installation and maintenance of video surveillance devices and video management systems. RequiredThree (3) years of experience in the installation and maintenance of video surveillance devices and video management systems. PreferredLicenses and Certifications:Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence. RequiredMust be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle, Patient/Visitor Vehicle, or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle.
