Project Manager

American International Beauty Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Manager to coordinate special projects across our skincare, beauty, and personal care brand portfolio. This role will partner with cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, and brings a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude to every project. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate special projects for skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and beauty brands from concept through launch. Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners. Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions. Organize and lead project meetings, providing clear follow‑up and action items. Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports. Support new product launches, packaging updates, brand initiatives, and strategic business projects. Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution. Monitor project budgets and resource allocation as needed. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years of project management, project coordination, account management, or related experience. Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset. Positive, energetic personality with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
