**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and present communities that meet their requirements.
- Manage leasing activities, including tour scheduling, lease preparation, and resident move-ins.
- Provide engaging and informative tours of the property, highlighting amenities and demonstrating the benefits of the community.
- Maintain knowledge of available lease terms and current move-in promotions.
- Process applications and perform credit and reference checks for prospective residents.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in organizing and hosting resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
