We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team and help create a positive leasing experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in our community, delivering excellent service, supporting leasing goals, and helping to maintain a welcoming environment.

• Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and present available homes, amenities, and community features.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and helpful manner.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial interest to move-in.
• Prepare leasing paperwork, applications, and related documentation accurately.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain communication and support leasing conversions.
• Support resident retention efforts by providing responsive service and assisting with community needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy, leasing, and customer service goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of pricing, availability, policies, and community offerings.
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and special events as needed.

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
