Position Type: Full-TimeLocation: Downtown Boise (On-site) Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 (DOE) Practice Areas: Litigation, Transactional, and Estate Planning A well-established law firm in downtown Boise is seeking highly motivated attorneys to join its Litigation, Transactional, and Estate Planning teams. This is a confidential search for professionals who thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative setting and are committed to delivering high-quality legal services. Core Responsibilities Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities will include: * Litigation: Managing cases through all phases of discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation. * Transactional: Handling real estate matters and business entity formation/dissolution. * Estate Planning: Drafting and implementing comprehensive estate plans and related documents. * Performing high-level legal research and writing in a deadline-driven environment. * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client solutions. Candidate Requirements * Experience: Substantial work experience in Litigation, Transactional Law (Real Estate/Business), or Estate Planning. * Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Idaho or currently in the process of obtaining an Idaho license. * Skills: Strong legal writing and research capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication. * Competencies: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet strict deadlines, and maintain a high level of motivation in a collaborative office culture.
