Receiving Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW:

A Receiving Coordinatoris responsible formaintaininginventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Product shipments include but are not limited to raw ingredients and packaging materials, as well as finished goods for RTD (Ready to Drink) operations.

JOB SCHEDULE : Multiple Shifts available

JOBDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for handling inventory and notifyingappropriate partiesif stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping orders.

• Supports the quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy, and applicable procedures and work instructions

• Ensures products and supplies are unloaded, received, and loaded on the dock in an efficient,accurate, and safe manner

• Responsible for skid wrapping whererequired

• Coordinate/provide direction to hi-lo drivers and inbound/outbound trucks based on need

• Completes all necessary paperwork and filing in a complete andaccuratemanner

• Accurately prints and labels product

• Coordinates placement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods in proper location after inspections are completed

• Weekly/Month-End department cycle counts asrequired

• Constant communication with Logistics, Production, and Warehouse departments

• OperatesHiLo, pallet jacks, and other machinery in a safe mannerat all times

• Cross trains with Warehousepositionsand fills in as needed

• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and or six months of relevant experience or training

• Basic Problem Solving

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple facilities (within 5 miles)

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Must be able to obtain and retainHiLoCertification

• Ability to read and interpret various measurement instruments

• Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to abide by all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background).

The salary range for this full-time position is$25.50-$33.50, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
