Site IT Lead: Infrastructure & OT
USA Rare Earth, Inc.
USA Rare Earth, Inc. seeks a Manager, IT (M&P) to lead the Wheat Ridge site's technology strategy and operations. You will own IT delivery across corporate IT, lab systems and OT, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable services.
As the sole or lead IT resource onsite, you will drive projects, manage SLAs, and uphold security, continuity and SOX/NIST-aligned controls while reporting to the Head of IT Upstream and SVP of Mining.
