Procurement Administrator Contractor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Procurement Administrator Contractor based in the United States.

This fully remote role supports critical procurement and contract administration activities across a fast-paced organization. You will help ensure contracts, purchase orders, approvals, reporting, and compliance processes are handled accurately and efficiently. Working across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and business teams, you will serve as an important coordination point throughout the contracting lifecycle. The position combines operational administration, data analysis, compliance tracking, and systems support. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to audit readiness and strong internal controls. Accountabilities:

• Manage purchase order activities, including creation, open-PO reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and closure.
• Coordinate contract execution workflows, including routing agreements for signature and tracking approvals.
• Support contract administration by managing legal requests, lower-value agreements, NDAs, standard templates, and related documentation.
• Maintain contract records, workflow statuses, approvals, and updates within the contract management system.
• Prepare monthly SOX control reports, procurement metrics, provisioning reports, dashboards, and other operational analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support quarterly compliance reporting, including user access reviews, supplier diversity reporting, significant contract reporting, and other required submissions.
• Coordinate Information Security reviews, accessibility audit requirements, contract implementation activities, and related documentation.
• Prepare business validation reports and respond to audit-related requests while maintaining accurate records and audit readiness.
• Provide administrative and systems support to Procurement and Contract Management teams, helping users navigate workflows and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to keep contracting and approval activities moving efficiently.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and purchase order creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and comfort working with operational and compliance data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentation of procurement metrics.
• Experience supporting compliance, audit, reporting, or internal-control activities is valuable.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems is preferred, particularly CobbleStone CLM.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while following corporate policies and SOX control requirements.
• The position is open to candidates residing in Eastern and Central U.S. locations.

• Compensation: Expected hourly range of $28.22–$33.86 , depending on location, experience, education, training, qualifications, and market conditions.
