Location: Painesville, OH
Pay Rate: $19 - $23/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Description:
Our client is seeking CNC Machine Operators for their Painesville location. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of machining experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

As a CNC Machine Operator , you will be responsible for:

Conducting simple quality measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Operating CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
Working as part of a team to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

1-2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic quality inspections
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Desire for a full-time, permanent position after a successful temp-to-hire period
