About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized therapy plans to help patients achieve their maximum potential. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients. Your expertise will enable patients to regain independence, build confidence, and maintain their autonomy.
