Team Lead Account Managers

Описание: NOTA развивает платёжную инфраструктуру для B2B-клиентов: мультивалютные счета, международные платежи, FX, массовые выплаты и сборы, решения для ввода и вывода фиатных и криптовалютных средств, API и White Label-решения. Задачи: Управлять командой менеджеров по работе с клиентами и операциями Контролировать подключение B2B-клиентов: KYC/KYB, активацию аккаунтов и запуск первых транзакций Контролировать качество клиентского сервиса, сроки обработки запросов и коммуникацию Сопровождать ключевых и VIP-клиентов, решать сложные случаи и эскалации Участвовать в запуске API-интеграций и проектов White Label Координировать клиентские вопросы с подразделениями AML/Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT/Product и Sales Разрабатывать и внедрять стандартные операционные процедуры, скрипты, базу знаний и ключевые показатели эффективности Анализировать клиентские запросы и улучшать внутренние процессы Внедрять AI-инструменты и автоматизацию в работу команды Проводить индивидуальные встречи, обучать сотрудников и оценивать их эффективность Требования: Опыт от 3 лет в управлении клиентами, клиентских операциях, работе с клиентским успехом или платежах Опыт в финтехе, платежах, банковской сфере, FX, криптовалютах или других финансовых сервисах Опыт управления командой от 1 года Понимание международных платежей, FX, корпоративных счетов, KYC/KYB и AML Опыт работы с B2B-клиентами и сложными клиентскими случаями Опыт работы с ключевыми показателями эффективности, SLA, CRM и операционной отчётностью Сильные лидерские и коммуникативные навыки Английский на уровне Upper-Intermediate (B2) или выше Будет плюсом: понимание API-интеграций и White Label Условия: Международная финтех-среда и сложные B2B-продукты для платежей Возможность напрямую влиять на клиентские и операционные процессы Прямое взаимодействие с руководством и ключевыми командами Возможность развивать функцию по работе с клиентами и операциями, а также команду Конкурентный фиксированный оклад и бонус по результатам KPI #J-18808-Ljbffr NOTA
