Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

The Implementation Project Manager role is a client-facing, cross-functional project management role. In this position, you will oversee the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout the organization and external partners. The role requires both collaboration and ownership over the success of projects.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Support new client implementation.
• Track and manage multiple client implementations over 90-120+ day engagements.
• Scope, execute, and manage the implementation process for complex clients, interfacing directly with clients, partners, and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction, partnership, and success.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Member Advocacy teams to manage project tasks and client-specific requests.
• Manage client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience wherein key milestones are met on time and within scope.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience implementing and managing complex and/or technical projects.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Experience working in project management for a health plan or healthcare technology company.

Skills

• Proficient with project management tools, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Google Suite preferred.

Schedule / Shift

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST (potential for some flexibility upon conversation).
