The Mechanic is responsible for fabrication, assembly, debug, testing and troubleshooting of all mechanical components for Diesel systems. This role requires excellent mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills. The role also requires close interaction with the manufacturing teams to ensure any issues get communicated and resolved in a timely manner.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- bility to install mechanical parts and sheet metal assemblies using basic machine shop tools
- bility to weld aluminum, carbon and stainless steel using MIG & TIG process
- bility to assemble and troubleshoot 12-volt electro-mechanical systems
- bility to debug and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic mechanical systems
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- bility to read mechanical part drawings a plus
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Represent Company in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High school diploma, plus 2-5 years of experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of data collection and statistics
- 2-5 years' experience with commercial trailers with pony motors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Uncompromising dedication to quality
