Join our medical manufacturing team and help produce high-quality components used in life-saving medical devices.This is more than just pushing buttons—we're looking for someone who can set up, fine-tune, and own the machining process from start to finish.What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC Swiss Machines: Citizen Swiss A-20, L-20, M32Interpret complex prints, job travelers, and setup sheetsSelect, preset, and install cutting tools; adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets as neededPerform precision machining to close and interrelated tolerancesLoad and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code / M-code; Mastercam experience valued)Inspect parts using appropriate measuring equipment to ensure quality and complianceIdentify non-conforming parts and communicate issues to leadershipTrain and support operators once setups are proven and stablePerform routine preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work areaDocument shift handoffs clearly and professionallyWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of CNC machining and setup experience (medical or regulated industry a plus)Strong experience with milling, turning, and/or Swiss machiningHands-on knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or similar materialsAbility to read and apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5)Comfortable adjusting programs and tooling to correct out-of-tolerance conditionsFamiliarity with Part Maker, or similar software preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical school helpful, not required)Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetShifts Available: 1st shiftPhysical Demands:Light to moderate physical exertion requiredLifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50Frequent lbs.: 1-10Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facilityWork Environment:Work near moving mechanical partsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical partsThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loudARCH Medical Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employee and wholeheartedly supports diversity in the workplace as a basic premise for business success.
