As a CNC/Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a critical role in crafting components that support surgeons, heal patients, and raise the standard of care.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines for high-precision medical componentsInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tight-tolerance specs in compliance with FDA and ISO standardsPerform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and optical comparatorsMaintain strict documentation and traceability for all parts manufacturedCollaborate with quality control, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure complianceExecute minor machine edits and offsets to maintain product consistencySupport continuous improvement efforts in a cleanroom or controlled environment settingRequirements:2+ years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in medical or aerospace manufacturingStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingExperience working with stainless steel, titanium, and plastics (like PEEK or Ultem)Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA CFR Part 820, or other regulated manufacturing environments a plusDetail-oriented, documentation-driven mindsetFamiliarity with inspection tools and cleanroom protocolHigh school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification highly preferredBenefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
