Clerical Assistant

Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Clerical Assistant for a great opportunity in Jeffersonville, IN . This is a temp to hire position.

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: 2nd shift 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday thru Friday *some Saturdays required for overtime*

What You'll Do:

Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications
Keep track of inventory levels of supplies and equipment in the warehouse
Serving customers and vendors in a professional manner
Follow safety guidelines and procedures

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 or more years' experience of administrative experience preferably in a warehouse setting
