Municipal Assessing Coordinator
Pelham
The Town of Pelham is seeking an Assessing Assistant to prepare and maintain assessing records and tax warrants, serving as the primary contact for residents. The role coordinates with the Assessor's Agent and oversees daily operations of the Assessing Department within the town budget. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with regular hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; some evening or weekend meetings may be required.
