Debt Recovery Specialist National Associates, Inc -

National Associates, Inc.

Job Description

Review correspondence and documents to include, not limited to documents, statements and hardship letters. Understanding of emails, excellent computer skills

Follow procedures and guidelines using the telephone systems in order to ensure accurately respond to inquires from agencies.

Knowledge of customer services and support, provide assistance and resolve problems to satisfy expectations.

§ Weekly Hours: 40-Mon-Friday

§ 11 Paid Federal Holidays

§ 2 Weeks Paid Vacation after one year of service
