About the Role:

Infinity Restoration Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Prince Frederick, MD. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in helping property owners recover from water, fire, and other damage — making a real difference when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services on residential and commercial properties
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• Conduct structural drying, demolition, and debris removal as needed
• Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress with photos and written reports
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process
• Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend situations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related trade preferred
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) a plus — or willingness to obtain
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document job progress accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to on-call emergency situations
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
