Program Manager BHT

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency located in Arizona. CBI offers residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, crisis services and a focus on opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Program Manager BHT As a Program Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site(s). You will supervise staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability, ensuring they provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients, and guide them in understanding program processes and available services. You will build a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders, track necessary client paperwork and referrals, submit reports and deliverables to leadership, and foster a supportive, effective environment for clients and staff. Skills & Requirements High‑school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher in behavioral health preferred. 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health and at least one year of management experience in a crisis or medical facility setting, or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance use disorders, homelessness, family or veteran status preferred. Proficiency with data management and reporting, including Excel. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI clinical policies required. Current Arizona driver’s license, valid and in good standing.
