Required Certifications: ARDMS certification (AE) RDCS & AHA BLS (REQUIRED); RVT Preferred but not required; PEDS certification would be a bonus, not required. Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years experience. Charting: EPIC experience preferred (not required). Unit Specific Skillset: Adult Echo REQUIRED; Peds experience would be a plus, not required. Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate. Skills and Attributes: Hard worker, Independent, Articulate, Resilient and Manages Change well, Flexible, Social candidates.
