Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2325.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced trauma environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and trauma nursing, with the ability to handle complex cases efficiently. Responsibilities: Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming trauma and emergency cases. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records. Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families. Adhere to all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards in emergency care. Qualifications: Hold an active New Jersey RN license. Possess a minimum of 3 years' ER RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 1 trauma center. Must have current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work nights and EOW schedule, including 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shifts. TNCC certification required.
