Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide urgent patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will deliver comprehensive emergency nursing services to stabilize and treat patients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions rapidly and determine appropriate intervention plans.
Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and family members on treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 1-3 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures.
Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems, such as Epic or similar platforms.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
