Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide urgent patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will deliver comprehensive emergency nursing services to stabilize and treat patients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly and determine appropriate intervention plans.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems, such as Epic or similar platforms.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
