Join Our Surgical ICU Team!

• Position: RN for Surgical ICU
• Floating: Requirement to float to MICU as needed
• Schedule: Must be flexible; willing to work potentially all weekend shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet unit needs
• Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs

Requirements:

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required
• CCRN preferred; NIHSS certification must be completed prior to start
• Prior travel experience is a must
• A minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Experience in a large (500+ bed count) teaching facility is essential
• Strong hemodynamic device experience is preferred
• Typical patient population includes: Post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma-level 1 general surgery, neurosurgery, overflow MICU
• Recent EPIC experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable

Additional Information:

• Availability: Monday to Sunday
• No block scheduling allowed
• Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• All work history details are required for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)

Transportation Notes:

• Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area;
• Reliable transportation is essential; personal or rental vehicle recommended
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November – April
