What You’ll Do Provide Skilled SLP Care: Perform comprehensive in-home evaluations for geriatric patients with cognitive, dysphagia, aphasia, or dysarthria. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute effective strategies to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and swallowing function over multiple visits. Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct home visits at times that work for you and your patients. Collaborate for Success: Work with a supportive team to ensure coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes. Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!) What You’ll Need Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required for home health.
