PEIMS Clerk/Registrar
This position is posted for a PEIMS Clerk/Registrar at Lynn McKinney Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. Job Description and salary information attached. PEIMS Clerk/Registrar falls under Pay Grade 3 of the attached pay plan. Primary Purpose: Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under direct supervision, perform attendance data entry into Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS). (Please see attached detailed Job Description for further information)
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
- Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills Ability to meet established deadlines
- Experience: Two years data entry experience preferred
