This position is posted for a PEIMS Clerk/Registrar at Lynn McKinney Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year.

PEIMS Clerk/Registrar falls under Pay Grade 3 of the attached pay plan.
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under direct supervision, perform attendance data entry into Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS).

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills Ability to meet established deadlines
Experience:
