We are growing fast, and we need a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in momentum. If you love the thrill of closing hard-to-fill roles, running tight interview pipelines, and keeping candidates engaged without losing quality for speed, this is your zone. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering directly with hiring managers to scale our teams in a fast-changing, high-volume environment. salary: $21 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Fully onsite position-No remote work available High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds, submitting i9s) Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 15 new hires per week- sometimes more! Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)
