Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This role supports the restoration process of garbage trucks and cement mixers by preparing vehicles for final painting. You will use industrial sprayers and hand tools to clean and prep trucks, working as part of a small production team in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the restoration process of garbage trucks and cement mixers from initial prep to final paint readiness.
• Use industrial sprayers to thoroughly wash and clean trucks in preparation for painting.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support production tasks.
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent results.
• Work collaboratively in small project teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools used during the shift.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of required personal protective equipment.
• Stand and perform physical, hands-on tasks for up to 10-hour workdays as needed.
• Wear a rubber suit and work in conditions that can become hot, especially during summer months.
• Support general production activities such as basic assembly, packaging, and machine operation as required.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use hand tools with at least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to use power tools with at least 6 months of experience.
• Capability to stand and perform physical work for 10-hour days.
• Experience in general production or assembly environments.
• Comfort working with industrial sprayers and similar production equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment correctly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dodge Center,MN.
