Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
• Recent experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, articulation, and language disorders
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families in developing comprehensive IEPs
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and driven to foster student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for student caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy services in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training as needed
