Drivers based in Montgomery run established multi-state lanes where consistent freight demand, planned dispatch coordination, and longer average hauls help keep trucks productive throughout each work cycle.Average haul lengths of 700–750 milesNo-touch regional dry van freightMajority drop-and-hook loads2021 or newer automatic equipmentRider and pet program available after approvalFreight MovementDrivers haul dry van freight across established regional lanes with a steady mix of customer loads throughout the week. Most freight is drop-and-hook, with some live unload deliveries depending on the customer. Loads are coordinated in advance whenever possible to create smoother transitions between assignments and help maintain dependable weekly mileage.Scheduling ConsistencyThe fleet operates on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch planning is organized around keeping freight moving while maintaining a consistent schedule from one cycle to the next. Average runs of 700–750 miles also help reduce frequent short trips and unnecessary load changes.Truck EquipmentDrivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for added comfort while away from home. Preventive maintenance is scheduled regularly to help minimize equipment downtime.Driver Pay & BenefitsWeekly earnings average $1,350–$1,500 based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.On-the-Road SupportRider and pet programs are available for approved drivers. Assigned trucks may be taken home during scheduled resets when safe parking is available, or drivers may use an approved parking location.
