Order Management Specialist

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Order Management Specialist to manage customer interactions and process orders in the diagnostics and biotechnology sector. The role handles purchase orders, customer service inquiries, and complaint documentation while supporting commercial operations in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customers via email and telephone
Process purchase orders and review sales agreements and proposals
Investigate and respond to customer complaints and service inquiries
Generate customer-related reports for management and sales teams
Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of data entry experience
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Strong data entry and accuracy skills
Proficiency with phone and email communication
Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, or MS Office preferred

Compensation: $55,000–$57,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
