Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Shift Patterns

Friday to Tuesday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

Experience working in a warehouse environment

Role Responsibilities

Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and trucks.
Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets and prepare goods for transport.
Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned.
Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
