Phlebotomist Site Coordinator

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in Monroe, Georgia to oversee patient service operations, manage staff and patient flow, and perform blood collections. This role combines phlebotomy duties with coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques
Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory and productivity metrics
Report performance, compliance and staffing issues to supervisors
Process billing information and handle patient payments
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years phlebotomist experience
Phlebotomy certification from accredited program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service track record
Ability to work independently and in teams
Valid transportation and clean driving record
