Description Location: Lowell, MA - Inpatient Treatment Programs Pay rate: $25.00-$28.00/hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Benefits: Comprehensive health, vision and dental insurance 401K plan with company matchup to 7% Medical flexible spending account Paid time off Company-paid life insurance Educational assistance, including tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, tuition discounts, and scholarship programs The Maintenance Worker is responsible for: Assisting the Building Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor in the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant and grounds as well as all machinery and equipment at the Lowell site Maybe traveling to other Spectrum facilities to perform similar duties Working with the Assistant Director of Environment of Care, the Building Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance supervisor, the Director of Inpatient Services as well as Program Managers to ensure that the facilities are well maintained Directing or overseeing subcontracted labor Being available early morning, late nights or weekends as emergencies, or other urgent needs arise Qualifications Qualifications: At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in building maintenance and/or custodial services preferred General construction knowledge and ability preferred Must have valid driver's license Must have ability to use and operate basic hand and power tools Must display the ability to interact with clients on an appropriate, professional level
